WORK
Calls, focus, coffee, ocean view. Quiet at anchor instead of rushing between marinas.
A workation for people who can take their job with them — but do not want to spend another four weeks in the same apartment.
We do not build the workday around sailing — we structure it so both can work. Important calls and deep work get reliable time windows. Afterwards the office becomes a boat again.
Calls, focus, coffee, ocean view. Quiet at anchor instead of rushing between marinas.
Laptop closed, lines off. We sail to the next island, bay or town.
Swim, cook, explore the island or watch sunset from deck.
Satellite internet as the primary connection, backed up by local mobile networks where they perform better.
Solar, a large battery bank, generator and 230-V power are planned to keep work independent from shore power.
Salon, cockpit and deck instead of a fixed desk. Switch your workspace based on calls, sun and wind.
We do not plan to move every day. Work and weather get the buffer they need.

A Lagoon 46 catamaran with four double cabins is planned. Three guest cabins remain for a regular maximum of six guests, so work and life aboard do not become a space problem.
In the afternoon the perspective changes: anchor up, next bay, sails up. Evenings are for cooking, swimming or simply staying outside longer.

Short sails, plenty of anchorages and a calm start for focused mornings.
View leg →More distance, but with enough buffer between work blocks and longer sailing days.
View leg →Winter sun, island hopping and good conditions for remote work and outdoor days.
View leg →That is exactly what the concept is designed for. Starlink and sufficient power are core parts of the planned setup. Weather, connectivity and technology can still never be guaranteed 100% at sea.
No. Sometimes the best workspace is a quiet anchorage. If work, weather or crew make it sensible, we stay longer.
Regulär maximal sechs Gäste plus Skipper-Team. Dadurch bleiben drei guest cabins verfügbar.
Then Sailing Sabbatical is the better fit: less work structure, longer passages and a more intentional break.
If you really want to switch off, the same core idea exists in a different rhythm: Sailing Sabbatical.
